WHAT DOES OPEN, DISPATCHED, ACCEPTED, ARRIVED, DRIVING-CLIENT MEAN IN UBER PARTNER APP

Open, Dispatched, Accepted, Arrived, Driving-Client etc are the different stages of accepting a request. Lets straight away discuss one by one.

STAGE ONE : Open

This the stage which says that the driver is online but didn't get any request so far.

STAGE TWO : Dispatched

This is the stage when the driver actually is getting an request but yet to accept it. He can either accept it or choose not to. Which in turn affect his Acceptance Ratio.

STAGE THREE : Accepted

If the driver accept the request then his status changes ti Accepted in the partner portal live map. Now he is ready to go to the rider to pick him/her up.

STAGE FOUR : Arrived

The driver has accepted the request. Now he has headed to the rider's location to pick him/her up. As soon as he reaches near the location of rider the status changes to Arrived.

STAGE FIVE : Driving-Client

This is the stage when the driver actually picked up the rider and driving him to his destination.
