Uber has officially announced few of the most sought demands from its Driver Partners, which will definitely help getting more drivers to use its platform.
It goes like this :

Our Commitment to Drivers
We’re making a commitment to you. For the next 180 days (and beyond) we’ll be making meaningful changes to your driving experience. Some changes will be big, some will be small — all will be the changes you’ve asked for.
Each month for the next 6 months, we’ll share meaningful changes that will make driving more flexible and less stressful, giving you earnings & support you can depend on.
Then it follows by a blinking progress meter :
It clearly says that they will start with Earnings. And to start with earning they are actually bringing tipping to Uber, yeah you read it right.
Tipping is already made available in Seattle, Minneapolis and Houston. More cities will get added over the next few weeks, and by the end of July 2017 tips will be available to all U.S. drivers.
